A used product was shipped to me, there is clear wear on major components of this machine and not just a few coffee grounds from testing. Metal edges are worn away, entire hopper is scuffed along clear plastic and adjoining plastic parts. No user manual, product card or anything came with the machine, just the machine in a box. Very unhappy to pay over $500 to receive a product that has extensive use on it (not a few weeks but months to years of use).
