Bought one a year ago. Over this past year, unit developed a water leak. Jura sent another machine and it has worked fine up to now. Currently can't get rid of the empty grinds message. Jura is taking it back to fix it (under warranty). They have been very responsive in customer service. To think that you can have a complicated machine not have things go wrong is a bad asumption. It makes great drinks and I am still committed to the brand. Once you have one of these machines, you will never go back to drip coffee. Sooner or later something will come up, but you just get it fixed and go on. The charge is $300 after the warranty period. If your looking at one of these, you should be able to cover that.
