Awesome Machine November 4, 2010

Ordered Refurbed well over six months ago, waited  to test it before writing a review. Was like new when we got it, has worked flawlessly  every since. That's over 800 cups later! As long as you follow all the instructions and suggestions in the manual you should be fine. Killer coffee, and Awesome machine!!

Have had the machine now for 3 years, brewed over 880 cups and haven't had any problems with temperature or strength, very easy to operate and maintain.  Great machine.

Broken out of the box March 10, 2009

*edited on 1/22* full refund given and we bought a diff model.  They are GREAT to work with so take a chance on JL Hufford!! Liz is the best in Customer Service! We know it happens but to have an item that is broken out of the box is sad.  Our previous Saeco lasted us 10 years with heavy useage.
We called the Capresso support who had us do a few things but basically they said it sounded like it was broken and they no longer had them in stock to replace it with.

The Grinder simply didn't work.  It never engaged it just ran the water portion of the cycle of what you chose and prompted to Fill Beans regardless if there were beans.

Doing the exchange thing right now but considering there is only 1 of these left in stock.  For $700 which is a lot of money for an espresso machine let alone a used one longer even sold it seems expensive.

We have read many reviews of this company on and felt it was worth trying to continue forward rather than just give up all together.

Great Purchase November 11, 2008

Our Impressa F7 arrived quicker than expected and was in very good condition.  There were very slight signs of wear on the exterior if you really closely inspected...almost not worth mentioning.  The coffee from our F7 is excellent and the convenience of having on demand coffee is great.  I researched various super automatics for two months before making this purchase and have no regrets.

Great Price, not working though May 29, 2007

So far, JL Hufford has had good service inspite of a problem with the unit.  I received the unit on time, (free shipping, no tax, + half off with the refurbished unit).  Unfortunately the built in grinder was not recognizing that there were beans in it so it wouldn't grind.  It also leaked water from the base.  I contacted JL and explained the status.  They referred me to Capresso's 800 # directly.  After calling and waiting only 2-5 min on hold, a customer care rep asked a few questions and said that they would send a replacement unit in 5 - 8 business days and to send the other unit back with the packaging I received.  I haven't tested the unit yet so I can't properly rate it so I'll give a 3 due to the inconvenience of having to wait another 2 weeks.  Will update the review when the replacement comes.
