I got a capresso for Christmas 2012. Loved it. Used it EVERY DAY. This morning it burst into flames---after only 4 months! Was there a recall notice on this product? Is there a warranty? I think consumers should be made aware. To see pictures, friend me on Facebook. Originallly I would have given it 5 stars...

I love this thing!!! Its so convenient, boils water in less than 2 minutes. We have one at work and now Im on here trying to get my own. I don't even like tea but I have to have this!

I have had one of these for between 2 and 3 years. I have used it several times a day everyday since. I recently had the handle assembly break and when I called Capresso about getting parts to fix it they were very helpful and since no parts are available were able to sell me a replacement for a verrry reduced price. Great Product !!!

I bought one of these for my parents and although they were at first skeptical, they quickly became dependent on it. Now they tell me it's as essential as their microwave--they can't remember what life was like before it!

I just love my Capresso tea kettle! I couldn't believe how fast it was shipped to me. This seems like a really excellent quality product. (And it looks good too!!) I would definitely buy from jhufford again.

I bought the Capresso H2o wate

I bought the Capresso H2o water heater-upper. I based my choice on the recommendations of others who had purchased it through J. L. Hufford.

We were very please by its performance but were shocked when, after a few months of use, the kettle quit working. Our electrical repair people said the heating element went bad, and the product was unfixable. We spent $70.00 for it. I thought it was important to let you know what may happen. That's too much money to spend on something that may only last a few months.

It gets full marks on the 'coolness' aspects. Everyone who sees it says "wow". But the construction is somewhat cheesy, I don't expect it will be long before the lid (all plastic, and ill-fitting) breaks. Rubber feet already falling off. Nice design, but slapped-together typical Chinese cheap assembly.
