Have been wanting this kitchen mill for a long time. It is simple to use and clean up is a breeze. It is nice to know all the nutrients are not lost in processing of flour. The whole wheat bread has a great flavor and texture is better than any store-bought brand.
JL Hufford's staff was most helpful in choosing this mill and the price was right, along with free shipping.
