When I received my Blendtec my husband opened the recepie book for the Twister and found a banana soft serve icecream. Its just bananas.. you can add vanilla or chocolate, I make truffles and added an uncoated truffle and it is so good. We went and bought extra bananas * YUMMY- YUMMY*
