this machine is great. makes the best coffee!! just like new ,when it arrived right on time. free shipping too.it makes me smile while brewing,just knowing the great tasting coffee that is to come. we have always used dunkin donuts ground coffee,this machine makes it taste just like the cup you get there!!

The Best Coffee!	November 25, 2009

Life is too short to drink mediocre coffee! This machine is worth every penny! I love it! It is the best coffee maker I have ever owned (much better than Krups, Braun, etc.) and makes the best tasting coffee I have ever brewed. I get compliments all the time on my great tasting coffee, and it is not just the quality of the beans. My only regret is that I did not find out about Capresso Coffee Makers and Burr Grinders earlier! I love the thermal carafe - it is durable and keeps the coffee HOT) not for three hours but for at least an 1.5 hours and pretty warm for a few hours. I have had my Capresso and Infinity Burr Grinder for about six months and could not be happier with my investment.

The Capresso was shipped quickly and free shipping was a bonus. So far it has worked perfectly, as intended. Coffee is hot, brews much faster than previous coffee-maker and the thermal carafe does a good job of keeping the coffee hot. Love the unit and would definitely buy this one again.

The Capresso brews hotter and quicker than my replaced maker. I may not have the most sensitive taste buds but can really taste the difference. Jl Hufford was knowledgable and courteous. Packing was secure and shipment prompt. As a new and satisfied customer, I look foreward to trying many of their coffee choices.

Great service and great coffee	November 10, 2008

I researched coffee makers; the Capresso constantly had good ratings. When I saw the “pre brewed” one for under $100.00 I couldn’t resist the price. Makes great coffee, and looks great in our kitchen.
There are 2 things some complain about, both concern the carafe.
1st is the warmth of the coffee. I've been in the restaurant business for 30 years, thermal carafes, air pots etc. have been around for a long time. They are great as they do not cook the coffee. But if you brew into an ice cold vessel then your product will not be hot; well DUH! You need to warm the carafe a bit. The easiest way for me is to heat water in the microwave for a bit and pour it into the carafe for a minute. Problem solved.
The other is the dribble. If you line up the dimple on the lid it pours perfectly, so put your glasses on.
PS: I also bought some coffee mugs from JLF, they are very nice and sent in nice boxes that are perfect for wrapping and gift giving.
Ok that’s it I need another cup of coffee!

This product is simple and easy to use. Be sure to warm the carafe before brewing your coffee to get a good hot pot, and align the dot on the lid over the spout to pour. My only complaint is not having a removable water tank to fill as my last Capresso did.

I searched high and low for a quality coffee machine and thought I had finally found it, and at a good price. Sigh.
The coffee is not THAT hot, does not stay hot for long in the carafe and is kinda tricky to pour. When unscrewing the cap, there is a very fine line between unscrewing it too little, so the coffee just trickles out, and unscrewing it too much, so the coffee flies out, not always into the cup, and the the lid can fly off.
I could've gotten all that for half the price. Sigh

Ordered after much searching - received our MT 500 it in 3 business days. Unit arrived in new packaging - looks and functions as new. I would not hesitate in giving one of these units a try.
