The Blackberry sage is a wonderful mixture. The Blackberry truly has a wonderful flavor and body in the cup. The Sage seems to have a very relaxing affect on your body and mind. I recomend to people who have stress in their lives. The best way I have had it is loose leaf...but its much more convenient by the bag.
