These multifunctional kitchen shears produced by Shun and Kershaw seriously put all others to shame. Let's start with the blades on these heavy-duty shears. The stainless steel blades are highly resistant to corrosion, ensuring an extra long life and superior cutting efficiency. One blade sports a micro-serrated edge along with a bone notch grip for those chicken wing lovers. With elastomer plastic padding, the grip is ergonomically designed making these shears feel right at home for left and right-handed users. The Shun Kershaw 8.5" Kitchen Shears come apart for easy cleaning, essential when dealing with raw meat. With an interlocking screw hold the blades together, keeping the optimal tension for heavy-duty cutting. Finally, this do-it-all shear includes a built-in jar lifter, screwdriver, nutcracker, jar gripper, bottle opener, and a magnetic sheath for refrigerator mounting. Made in Japan.
