You Will Need Water Desired Toppings (optional)
Directions Preheat oven to 500*. Grease a 12-14 inch pizza pan (if not Teflon coated). Combine pizza dough mix and cup LUKEWARM tap water in mixing bowl. Stir vigorously with fork and knead dough for 2-3 minutes until well blended. Cover dough and set in a warm place for 30 minutes or until size doubles. Can also use Refrigerator Rising Method.* Press dough evenly across bottom of prepared pan rounding dough at edge of pan to form crust. Combine pizza sauce mix with tomato paste and 1/3 cup water. Spread Pizza Sauce over dough. Add favorite toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes.
*Refrigerator Rising Method: Prepare dough as above. Cover, put in refrigerator for a slow rise (minimum 6 hours). Can be stored up to a week in a sealed bag.
Ingredients Sauce mix Ingredients: Sugar, salt, partiall hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean, cottonseed), spices, paprika and turmeric(color), corn starch, onion powder, hydrolyzed soy protien, dehydrated garlic, spice extractives.
Dough mix ingredients: Wheat Flour, yeast, soybean oil, salt, sugar, sorbitan monostearate (an emulsifier), ascorbic acid (a dough conditioner).
