You Will Need 12 oz. Lemon Pepper Linguini or pasta of your choice 2 Tbl. butter 2 7 oz. canned artichoke hearts, quartered 2 Tbl. capers, drained
Directions Cook pasta according to package directions. Melt butter in large skillet over med/high heat. Stir in sauce package, cooking for 1 minute. Stir in 2 cups water. Add artichoke hearts and capers. Simmer for 8 minutes. Pour over pasta and toss. Top with fresh grated parmesan if desired.
