Professional Grade
The Pasquini Lux is housed in chrome finished heavy aluminum, giving it a professional look and feel. While it stands just 13.4” tall, it is powerful enough to grind a continuous dose of very fine espresso for up to a minute and a half. This means that it can grind plenty of coffee for guests while taking up a small amount of counter space. The Lux is custom designed to be paired with the Pasquini Livietta T2 semi-automatic espresso machine, but looks fabulous in any kitchen. The Pasquini Lux features high-grade conical burrs to grind and crush coffee beans efficiently. Powered by a 150-watt motor, the conical burrs can grind anything from French press and drip coffee to very fine espresso.
Stepless Grind Settings
Espresso machines are very sensitive to fineness of the coffee grinds they process. Even two different units of the same make and model may vary somewhat. The Pasquini Lux offers stepless grind settings to conquer that obstacle. Stepless settings give the barista the smallest possible increments of adjustment.
Simple Controls
The Pasquini Lux Grinder has 2 different grind switches – a micro-switch on the front to grind directly into a portafilter, and a continuous grind switch on the bottom right side next to the power switch. To grind with the micro-switch, just place your portafilter in the holder and push it against the micro-switch. For higher volume grinding, you can use the continuous grind switch for up to 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Spill Grate And Bean Hopper
The 8.8 ounce bean hopper on the Lux is made of sturdy tinted plastic to protect the freshness of the beans. The top lid lifts off for easy filling, and the grind adjustment scale is easily visible along the base of the bean hopper. The built-in spill grate is a rare feature found on home grinders, protecting your counter from excess coffee grounds. It can be removed for emptying, and its plastic construction is durable and easy to clean.
Warranty And Support
Your new Pasquini Lux Grinder comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty coupled with an additional 1 year service contract for a total of 2 years of coverage for household use only. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturer's defect or workmanship and does not cover any damage resulting from improper installation, abuse, misuse, mishandling, lack of maintenance, or catastrophe. Replacement costs of normal wear and tear items, such as grinding burrs are not covered.
