It is made from 18/10 stainless steel with solid thermal aluminum between its layers for rapid and even heat absorption and distribution. There are interior fill lines and stainless steel steaming plate. The spring-loaded release valve is large and has very visible lines so you can see when your ideal pressure has been reached. Turn the knob for a slow or a quick release of steam—don’t worry about having to hold down the valve.
