The DeLonghi DCU500T brews 20 to 50 cups (120 to 300 oz) of coffee in one setting, making it perfect for gatherings or the office. It does this using the percolator method, which is widely regarded as one of the better ways to brew quality coffee. Powered by a 1400 Watt heating element, the DCU500T brews an entire batch in about a half hour to 45 minutes. You will have a self-serve coffee center that lets you walk away and tend to other business. The filter basket on the top is made of stainless steel and is easy to remove and clean.
Dripless Double Function Coffee Spout
The DeLonghi DCU500T fills your coffee cup one of two mess-free ways. Either push the spout handle in with your cup or press the handle down and coffee will be delivered with continuous flow. The dripless function assures no messy leaks or drips. Accidents happen, however, so DeLonghi designers gave the DCU500T a pull-out drip tray to catch spills.
Freshness Monitor And Keep Warm Function
Once brewing is complete, the DCU500T automatically switches to its warming cycle to keep your coffee at the perfect temperature. Additionally, a freshness indicator keeps track of how long the coffee has been warmed by illuminating 3 different triangles for up to one hour.
