Unlike a traditional boiler, thermoblocks offer rapid warm-up times paired with efficient, on-demand water usage. Turn on the BAR32, and it will be ready to brew in just a few moments. ThermoBlock technology channels the water through the heating element while minimizing the amount of water heated to what the user demands. This process ensures water does not become stale sitting in a boiler for an extended period of time, and the stainless steel lining prevents your fresh water from ever acquiring a metal taste.
Pressurized Espresso And Pod Brewing
The BAR32 Retro brews rich, aromatic espresso using DeLonghi's Patented Sempre Crema Filter. DeLonghi designed the filter holder to ensure proper brewing pressure of about 9 bars to produce a perfect, caramel colored crema layer. The BAR32 can brew either one or two 1 ounce shots of espresso at once, or it can also accept single shot E.S.E. (Easy Serving Espresso) pre-packaged Pods for a no-mess alternative. We stock both Lavazza and Illy espresso pods.
Easy On Demand Milk Frothing
Use the Jet Frother on the DeLonghi BAR32 Retro to whip up some creamy milk froth, up to 2 servings at a time. The stainless steel boiler heats to steaming temperature quickly and can put out ample steam pressure to make cappuccinos and lattes.
Water Tank And Drip Tray
