Variable Temperature Control for Different Teas
The Capresso C100 261.04 boasts a 1500 Watt heating element that quickly heats your water to 5 different temperatures at the turn of a knob to accurately brew any type of tea:- 212°, the Fahrenheit boiling point, is ideal for black, herbal and red teas; great for french press coffee as well
- 195° should be used for oolong tea
- 175° for white tea
- 160° is great for green tea
- 100° for warming the water
For ultimate convenience, the corresponding type of tea is printed on the base under the degree. Simply turn the dial to the preferred temperature and press the center button. When the desired temperature is reached, the heating element and lights automatically shut off.
