Programmable Temperature and Keep Warm Settings
The Capresso H2O Pro 275.03 boasts a 1500 Watt heating element that heats your water to 11 different temperatures: Boil (212), 200, 190, 180, and so on all the way down to 110 degrees in 10 degree increments. The 1500 Watt concealed stainless heating element rapidly heats your water to the desired temperature, and a separate programmable keep warm setting can be used to give you instant hot water (190 degree max) for up to 40 minutes. All of these settings are conveniently programmed from the digital LCD screen on the cool-touch handle.
Extended Boil to Reduce Chlorine
Everyone knows that chlorine ruins the delicate aroma of fine teas, so the Capresso H2O Pro Water Kettle features an extended boil setting from 3 to 20 seconds to essentially boil off the chlorine found in municipal/city water. By default, the Capresso H2O Pro shuts off automatically after 3 seconds of boiling. You can select the special Chlorine Function (CL) on the digital screen for an additional 3 seconds, or you can program your own time up to 20 seconds. All settings will return to normal each time you remove the kettle from the base.

The Capresso H2O Pro is built from a solid stainless steel body that that has been polished to a high gloss shine. It features a see-through water level window with ounce markings for easy filling and measuring. The heating element is concealed behind the stainless steel body to lower the noise generating when heating. The handle, base, and lid of the Capresso H2O Pro Water Kettle is made of sturdy ABS black plastic, and is accented by handsome chromed accents, complementing any modern kitchen decor.
