This product is an open box special, was returned under our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. All Open-Box Kitchen Electrics products have a 10 Day Satisfaction Period which starts from the date of delivery. These products may be returned for exchange or store credit only. After the 10 Day Satisfaction Period, manufacturer’s warranty applies. Open Box Special items may have superficial scratches, minor dents, scuffs, or stains, but all have been cleaned and bench tested prior to shipping, and all are guaranteed to arrive in proper functioning condition.
