Countertop Built-In or Tabletop Operation
The Blendtec SpaceSaver Blender is designed to offer your business the most versatile blender at an affordable price. The SpaceSaver Blender can operate from its portable base, and it can also be set into a hole cut into your countertop, taking a whole 7 inches off its height. The sealed touchpad sits nearly flush with the counter and the stainless steel top rises out less than 2 inches for a total height of 10 inches with container. In a cramped bar or kitchen, this can be difference between an efficient or frustrated staff. If your business regularly travels to catering events, the SpaceSaver also saves you money as you can pull it out of your counter and take it with its base. It's like having two blenders in one!
Automatic Programmed Blending
The Blendtec SpaceSaver Blender features No Tend™ Smart TouchPad controls. Press any of the 5 Preset blending buttons, and the SpaceSaver will start and stop automatically and even change speeds in between. Choose From 13 or 15 Amp Direct-Drive Motor
With the Blendtec SpaceSaver, the days of half-blended smoothies or overheated motors is over! The Blendtec SpaceSaver can be configured with either a 13 Amp, 1500 Watt (3 HP) or a 15 Amp, 1800 Watt (3.5 HP) motor. While each motor will produce the same blended beverage, the 15 Amp is ideal for heavy traffic locations or for thicker drinks. If you regularly travel with your blender (i.e. catering), the 13 Amp model would be ideal if you are unsure of your destination's available electric circuits.
Includes 2 Blending Jars
The Blendtec SpaceSaver comes equipped standard with TWO BPA-Free 64 ounce containers, complete with the permanent (and Lifetime Warrantied!) 3-inch wing-tip blade. Blendtec engineers have developed the most efficient jar shape whose design allows ingredients to bounce off the sides of the jar and back into the blending vortex instead of chasing them around in a circle. Blendtec machines are known for producing the best, most consistent results in taste and texture. The Blendtec SpaceSaver 15 Amp (SS4) can also be configured with either one or two 3-Quart (96 ounce) polycarbonate containers, each with a 4" Blade, perfect for large batches.
Easy Clean-Up
The Blendtec SpaceSaver's blending jars are dishwasher safe (top rack) and can also be cleaned by adding 2 cups of water and 1 drop of dish soap to the container. Hold the pulse button for 5 seconds, rinse, and you are finished! To clean the touchpad, simply wipe with a damp cloth. It is sealed to be watertight, so you do not have to worry about damaging the electronics.
