Exclusive Blend Cycle Memory
The Blendtec Chef Blender offers an unique new interface that provides the user complete control over the entire food preparation process. The Chef Blender is very different from the old Cheftec blender because it introduces a memory function that allows anyone to customize a blending cycle for up to 3 quarts of ingredients and save it to the blender immediately after finding that perfect combination of speeds and times. A sous chef or kitchen assistant can then replicate the process when preparing the item multiple times throughout the day, or over several days. The Chef Blender’s memory will store up to 3 blend cycles designed by the chef of the kitchen, until a new cycle is stored to replace it. It also has complete manual control with rapid ramping variable speed and both high and low pulsing.

Includes 2 Blending Jars
The Blendtec Chef Blender comes equipped standard with TWO BPA-Free containers, one 2 quart and one five-sided 3 quart with 4 inch blade. Blendtec engineers have developed the most efficient jar shape whose design allows ingredients to bounce off the sides of the jar and back into the blending vortex instead of chasing them around in a circle. Blendtec machines are known for producing the best, most consistent results in taste and texture. Each container features markings with both ounce and cup measurements for ease of use.
Easy Clean-Up
The Blendtec Chef Blender's blending jars are dishwasher safe (top rack) and can also be cleaned by adding 2 cups of water and 1 drop of dish soap to the container. Hold the high pulse button for 5 seconds, rinse, and you are finished! To clean the touchpad, simply wipe with a damp cloth. It is sealed to be watertight, so you do not have to worry about damaging the electronics.
