The new Baratza Esatto Grinder Scale Accessory streamlines your coffee and espresso brewing on any Baratza Maestro Plus, Virtuoso, or Preciso (AKA Virtuoso Preciso) grinder. It does this by overriding the grinder's timer switch and running the motor based on the programmed weights that you set into the 3 preset buttons. This function only works when you use the included ground coffee bin sized specifically to fit on the digital scale. With precision as close as +/- 0.2 grams, the Baratza Esatto makes repeatability a reality.
