All-Clad Stainless Steel Fry Pans are multi-purpose pieces fully capable of filling nearly all your cooking needs. The tri-ply construction used for All-Clad's stainless products incorporates an aluminum center between layers of stainless steel. This patented system eliminates hot spots so you experience quick and even heating. The interior of these skillets is 18/10 stainless steel that won't react with ingredients to produce a metallic or otherwise altered flavor. All-Clad fry pans also feature ergonomic stick handles secured using stainless steel rivets for a sturdy grip. All-Clad's stainless line is induction ready, but can also be used with traditional gas or electric stovetops or put in the oven (up to 500 degrees). Dishwasher safe. Made in the USA. All-Clad’s Stainless Cookware collection features a 3 layer system.  The core layer consists of aluminum for superior heat distribution, while the magnetic steel exterior makes these pieces ideal for induction or any other type of cooktop. The innermost surface utilizes a sunburst design for enhanced non-stick qualities.


Care


  • Only use low to moderate heat settings, unless boiling because overheating can cause brown or blue stains.
  • Use  1 to 2 teaspoons of oil or butter with these products, but never aerosol because they can damage non-stick coating.
  • Do not use in broiler or oven above 500 degrees.
  • Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended after each use.
  • Do not use chlorine bleach based cleansers, or any steel based cleansing pads.
