The All-Clad d5 Brushed Stainless Non-Stick Fry Pan comes in three sizes, so that you can make a variety of portion sizes of your favorite foods. These skillets are ideal for browning, searing, or pan-frying meats, eggs, or veggies. The flared edges and flat bottom of this type of fry pan allows for easy tossing, stirring or turning your ingredients. As a piece from the d5 Brushed Stainless collection, these fry pans are made using 5 layers of bonded metals. The stainless steel core is sandwiched between layers of aluminum, which are in turn interposed between the exterior layers of stainless steel. This system allows for 20% more even heating over traditional cookware. This line also uses stainless steel rivets to secure the handles to these skillets, for a sturdy and balanced grip for life. Care
- Only use low to moderate heat settings, unless boiling because overheating can cause brown or blue stains.
- Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil or butter with these products, but never aerosol because they can damage non-stick coating.
- Do not use in broiler or oven above 500 degrees.
- Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended after each use.
- Do not use chlorine bleach based cleansers, or any steel based cleansing pads.
