The Vita-Mix Professional Series 300 features a shorter 64 oz BPA-free Eastman Tritan™ blending container, which takes up less room so it can be easily stored under most cabinets (only 17" tall when on base). The wet blade now is larger with a 4" diameter, using the motor less since the blade radius has been increased. Enjoy the control this blender allows you to have with its variable speed dial and pulse function. The pulse function can be used at any blending level. The Professional Series 300 blender also utilizes vibration dampening and enhanced airflow design for quieter blending compared to that of other Pro Series blenders. This blender comes with the "Create" recipe book, which contains more than 200 recipes to inspire the chef in you. The recipe book is accompanied by a "Getting Started" DVD featuring Michael Voltaggio, the Season 6 winner of Top Chef.
