The Jura Impressa XS90 One Touch Commercial Super Automatic Espresso and Coffee Center, in addition to being rated for up to 100 drinks per day in an office or low-volume commercial environment, offers higher input and output capacity compared to its smaller Jura-Capresso siblings. The water tank holds a massive 6 quarts of fresh water (TWICE the size of the S9). The included add-on bean hopper (pictured to the right) offers over 1 pound of coffee bean storage. The spent coffee dump box holds up to 40 portions of used coffee pucks. All of this means you spend less time refilling or emptying the Jura XS90 One Touch compared to similar models.
True One-Touch Cappuccino, Latte, Macchiato
The Jura Impressa XS90 One Touch offers cappuccino, latte, or macchiato beverages brewed with the touch of one and only one button. Now you can make any type of drink any time you please without moving your cup! Simply press the dedicated cappuccino or macchiato button and the Jura XS90 One Touch will begin frothing and/or steaming your milk, grind, tamp, and brew. It automatically siphons milk from any container, combines it with hot steam and delivers hot, frothed milk into your Cappuccino cups. Turn the dial to the latte setting, and the automatic frother will deliver hot steamed milk with very little or no froth for that delicious Latte. Once the programmed amount of milk has been prepared, the Impressa XS90 One Touch brews perfect espresso into the very same cup.

At the heart of the Jura XS90 One Touch are DUAL stainless steel-lined ThermoBlock boilers. Unlike a traditional boiler, thermoblocks offer rapid warm-up times paired with efficient, on-demand water usage. Turn on the XS90, and it will be ready to brew AND steam in just a few moments. ThermoBlock technology channels the water through the heating element while minimizing the amount of water heated to what the XS90's user demands. This process ensures water does not become stale sitting in a boiler for an extended period of time. Because the Impressa XS90 One Touch has two heating elements, your days of waiting between brewing espresso and frothing milk are over.
Expansive Live Visual Programming and Rotary Dial
Not only do you not have to move your cup to make a cappuccino, you do not even need to know its size in terms of measured volume. With the Jura XS90 One Touch, you can visually program it to remember all of your favorite cup sizes. Rather than entering the size, in ounces, through a program menu, you simply press and hold the cappuccino button (with your cup under the spout) and wait until the XS90 One Touch displays "Enough?" When your cup is filled with the desired amount of milk and/or foam, press the button again, and the XS90 will remember your setting. Then set your espresso volume and the XS90 One Touch will produce your favorite size drink every time. You can always use the Rotary Dial to override the programming without fear of losing your favorite settings; the XS90 will revert back on the next brew. This innovative programming feature works on all of the XS90's beverage buttons. A special à la carte button is available to more easily make custom beverages every time. Milk and water dispensing can also be programmed, so you can always enjoy the same delicious drink, every time. As an added bonus, the Jura XS90 One Touch comes equipped with a dedicated hot water spout for tea or even just to heat up a cold up.

This is the milk control on your Impressa XS90 One Touch. It automatically siphons milk from nearly any milk container, combines it with hot steam and delivers hot, frothed milk into your Cappuccino cups. Turn the dial to the latte setting, and the XS90 One Touch will deliver hot steamed milk with very little or no froth for that delicious Latte. Use the programming function to set your favorite level of steamed milk or froth.
Ultra-Quiet Grinder
The XS90 features Jura's latest incarnation of its steel burr grinder, which boasts both an exceptionally quiet grind and a beam-monitored bean sensor. That means that the XS90 actually monitors the amount of beans in its bean hopper using special active beams, rather than relying on error-prone internal sensors. The Jura XS90's integrated commercial grade steel conical burr grinder has six settings which allows you to adjust the fineness for all kinds of beans - from light to medium-dark roasts.
Ecological Intelligence
Energy Save Mode means you can activate the Jura Impressa XS90 One Touch's power saving features to lower the temperature of the unit without completely turning it off. Just as the XS90 has two heating elements, it also has two energy saving settings: one to turn off the heating element for steam only, and one to also lower the temperature of the ThermoBlock for coffee. The first setting is perfect when you need espresso all day long but seldom require lattes or other milk beverages. The second energy saving setting is great when you will have more intervals between brewing espresso drinks.
Intelligent Pre Brew Aroma System (I.P.B.A.S.©)
The unique two step pre-infusion cycle moistens and conditions the ground coffee, which means maximum flavor extraction with perfect crema topping. With the Jura XS90 you can brew one to sixteen ounce cups of coffee using five strength settings. It grinds from 5 to a maximum of 16 grams of coffee from extra mild to extra strong. The Jura XS90 will automatically discard up to 40 pucks (used coffee portions) before its puck container gets full.

The advanced Clearyl filtration system prevents water impurities from entering sensitive areas of the machine, causing damage, and altering the taste of the coffee produced. A change filter message will be displayed when it is time to replace the cartridge (about every 8-12 weeks or 20 gallons). TheXS90 will also prompt you when it is time to clean the machine, so proper maintenance is a breeze.
