Called Roto because the tilted and automatically rotating basket produces perfectly crisp foods using only half the oil of a traditional fryer. It’s not only a healthier way to fry, but it also saves money when using premium oils such as peanut and coconut. The DeLonghi D28313 Roto Deep Fryer's patented front cleaning system allows you to safely drain oil through an integrated hose directly into a container with ease without having to open the lid. Never burn food again with the digital timer and bell signal which lets you multitask while the DeLonghi Roto Fry is cooking. The adjustable thermostat allows you to set the frying temperature from 300-370 degrees while the 1500 Watt heating element quickly adjusts to changes. The DeLonghi D28313 provides safe operation with non-slip feet, side handles, stay-cool exterior walls and a magnetic cord that detaches from the fryer if accidentally pulled. A non-stick interior makes the Roto Fryer easy to clean when your food is done.

Rotating Frying Basket

True to its name, the DeLonghi D28313 Roto Deep Fryer features a stainless steel frying basket, set at an angle, which automatically rotates during the cooking process. This results in dramatic savings in oil costs and delivers healthier meals which will have absorbed less oil during cooking. The frying basket can be both raised and lowered with the lid down to eliminate any splattering while you cook. A cooking chart is included with recommended temperatures and times for common food types and weights.

High-Power Heating

The DeLonghi Roto Deep Fryer D28313 employs a 1500 Watt heating element to quickly heat the oil or fat to temperatures between 300 and 370 degrees Fahrenheit using the adjustable thermostat knob. A timer can be set to alert you to check on your food, which allows you to tend to other tasks while your food cooks.

Easy Clean-Up

All DeLonghi deep fryers are easy to clean. Rather than tip your fryer over and make a complete mess, use the DeLonghi D28313's front-mounted drain hose to easily void the chamber of cooking oil. This also makes it easy to filter and reuse your oil if desired. In addition, the non-stick walls of the frying chamber wipe clean to eliminate the need for any scrubbing.
