Unlike stove top models that force you to monitor the process and remove them from the flame, the Alicia Moka allows you to simply press one button and walk away. The Italian Moka Espresso process involves just a few simple steps: Fill the aluminum boiler (4) with water and the filter (3) with ground coffee. After only a few minutes, the machine will deliver authentic Italian espresso into the container (1). Then, just remove from the base (5) and serve. Additionally, this DeLonghi Espresso maker features a 30-minute automatic shut-off, so your espresso will never burn or overflow.
Cordless Operation
Enjoy the freedom to serve espresso anywhere in the house. The DeLonghi Alicia EMK6's carafe detaches from the electric base for simple serving. As an added safety measure, the 450 Watt heating element automatically shuts off when the carafe is removed from the base and also when brewing is finished. The Cool Touch handle permits you to pour drinks without fear of burning your knuckles.
Adjustable Coffee Strength
The DeLonghi Alicia Moka EMK6 allows you to change both the size and strength of your finished espresso with the interchangeable 3 or 6 cup filter adapter.
