Known as the strong, silent type, the Smoother Q features a patented BPA-Free sound enclosure and a unique motor baffle that reduces blender noise by 10 decibels, that's a 10 times reduction in sound! Both your staff and customers will be able to carry on a normal conversation while the Smoother Q is running, and the new hinge design is not only more durable, but also dramatically lowers the amount of overhead space needed to open the door. With its programmed No-Tend blending, you can perform other tasks and return to a perfectly blended beverage. Configure your Smoother Q with your choice of container combination, or for extreme heavy-duty blending, choose the 20 Amp Smoother. The Blendtec Smoother Q comes standard with (2) 64 ounce BPA-Free blending jars, but the 15 Amp model can be configured with the extra-large 3QT BPA-Free Wild Side™ jars complete with 4 inch blades.

The Blendtec Smoother Q-Series Commercial Blenders are equipped standard with the new low-profile sound enclosure. This durable BPA-Free copolyester cover combined with the patented muffling motor stand is proven to reduce blender sound by 10 decibels which amounts to a reduction in sound output of 10 times. The Smoother Q's new contoured enclosure design also features a new, more durable hinge that significantly improves overhead clearance requirements, a whopping 8 inches off the old design! Countertop Built-In or Tabletop Operation
The Blendtec Smoother Q Series Blender is designed to offer your business the most versatile blender at an affordable price. The Smoother Q Blender can operate from its portable base, and it can also be set into a hole cut into your countertop, taking a whole 8 inches off its height. Only 22.5 inches of clearance is needed for on-counter operation and a mere 14.5 inches for in-counter mounts. The Blendtec Smoother Q comes with a special in-counter gasket to dampen vibrations and reduce sound even further. If your business regularly travels to catering events, the Smoother Q also saves you money as you can pull it out of your counter and take it with its base. It's like having two blenders in one!
Automatic Programmed Blending
The Blendtec Smoother Q Blender features No Tend™ Smart TouchPad controls. Press any of the 5 Preset blending buttons, and the Smoother Q will start and stop automatically and even change speeds in between. Tailor your Blendtec Smoother Q Blender to your most popular recipes using any of the 30 pre-programmed blending cycles which even include a pulse button for manual control. 15 Amp Direct-Drive Motor
With the Blendtec Smoother Q, the days of half-blended smoothies or overheated motors is over! The Blendtec Smoother Q can is configured with a 15 Amp, 1800 Watt (3.5 HP) motor. While each motor will produce the same blended beverage, the 15 Amp is ideal for heavy traffic locations or for thicker drinks.
Includes 2 BPA-Free Blending Jars
Blendtec engineers have developed the most efficient jar shape whose design allows ingredients to bounce off the sides of the jar and back into the blending vortex instead of chasing them around in a circle. Blendtec machines are known for producing the best, most consistent results in taste and texture. The Blendtec Smoother Q 15 Amp (ICB4) is configured with either two BPA-Free Wild Side™ containers, each with a 4" Blade, perfect for large or small batches. The Wild Side™ is the patented fifth side developed by Blendtec and impersonated by others.
Easy Clean-Up
The Blendtec Smoother Q's blending jars are dishwasher safe (top rack) and can also be cleaned by adding 2 cups of water and 1 drop of dish soap to the container. Hold the pulse button for 5 seconds, rinse, and you are finished! To clean the touchpad, simply wipe with a damp cloth. It is sealed to be watertight, so you do not have to worry about damaging the electronics.
New 3 Year Blendtec Commercial Warranty
For all purchases of the Blendtec Smoother Q-Series Blender on or after January 1, 2012, Blendtec is providing a 3 Year Parts and Labor Warranty for blenders and included accessories against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, maintenance and service (Click here for full details). Additionally, Blendtec is so confident of their quality that they offer a lifetime warranty on the coupling and 3" or 4" blades. The Blendtec Smoother Q is also backed by JL Hufford's Satisfaction Policy which provides for a 7 day use and evaluation period, a courtesy which is unheard of in the commercial equipment industry. For purchases before January 1, 2012, Blendtec provides a 2-year / 15,000 Cycle parts and labor warranty on the Smoother motor base and a 1-year warranty on the blending containers and sound enclosure. |
