The Ascaso I-Steel I-2 conical burr grinder is a perfect match for the Ascaso Steel-series espresso machines or anyone in search of a quality stainless steel espresso grinder. Hardened steel 38 mm conical burrs are mounted in a sturdy assembly and powered by a 140 Watt motor with pulse control grinding. Simply turn on the power, then place your espresso portafilter beneath the discharge chute so that it presses the microswitch pulse button. The Ascaso I-Steel I-2 will grind until you remove the portafilter. Inside the I-Steel's compact stainless steel body lies the other critical component to precise espresso quality: stepless grind adjustment. This special ability gives the Ascaso I-Steel the ultimate control over grind fineness to bring out the best in your espresso machine, whether it be a starter machine or serious investment.
