- Costa Rican "Tarrazu" - Delicious snappy acidity, excellent body and full complex flavor from the Tarrazu region.
- Ethiopian "Harrar" - Famous for its "chocolate" character with medium body, earthy flavor, light acidity, and wonderful smoothness.
