This special stock pot is the perfect kitchen tool for making reductions, cooking noodles, making large batches of sauce, or even searing large pieces of meat. As part of All-Clad's Stainless Steel line, this stockpot is constructed using a triple layer design featuring an aluminum core sandwiched between layers of stainless. The inner surface is made from hygienic and safe 18/10 stainless, that won't react with contents of the pan; food remains true to taste when using this pan. Choose from 6 qt, 7 qt, 8 qt and 12 qt sizes.

How to Care for All-Clad Cookware


  • Only use low to moderate heat settings, unless boiling because overheating can cause brown or blue stains.
  • Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil or butter with these products, but never aerosol because they can damage non-stick coating.
  • Do not use in broiler or oven above 500 degrees.
  • Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended after each use.
  • Do not use chlorine bleach based cleansers, or any steel based cleansing pads.
